Ethanology, Elk Rapids
Isenhart Electric performed the electrical work for a new distillery in Elk Rapids. The project was one we were proud of due to the customer wanting all of the conduit and boxes surface mounted. Essentially this means we can see our workmanship at all times, not just prior to being covered by wall coverings.

TBA Arnell Administration Building, Traverse City
Isenhart Electric was awarded this $500,000 lighting and controls replacement project. We worked closely with the owners to complete the project with no disruption to students or faculty. This project presented many challenges but our open communication and relentless effort to provide a seamless turnover proved very valuable to our customer.

Versus Technology, Traverse City
Isenhart Electric was awarded this $200,000 renovation. The short schedule and existing facility coupled with decorative lighting which is rarely utilized in most commercial buildings created challenges that were embraced by our company. We also installed many miles of cat 6 cabling and terminations for the use of Versus tracking systems.

Lyric Theatre, Harbor Springs
This three-screen new movie theatre was completed in six months. There was much coordination with lighting controls and the theatre production company that was necessary for i.e. to facilitate the theatre opening on time. The project was a moving target and there were many changes that were made "on the fly" to produce a product that our client demanded.

TBA Adult Work Center, Traverse City
This project was a $500,000 addition to TBA's existing facility. Masonry construction and routing of the new service lines from the existing facility were challenging but we did provide these services seamlessly. The project turned out to be very impressive, as well as on schedule and under budget.

Bellaire Family Health Center, Bellaire
This 15,000 sq. foot medical facility included x-ray, pharmacy, mammography, and several exam rooms. There were multiple systems including a 150 KW emergency generator and 1-170 and 1-180 amp ATS. Upon project completion, Braun Construction provided a testimonial thanking us for a successful project.

Blair Elementary, Traverse City

FOX Motors BMW, Traverse City
Isenhart Electric’s construction group was selected to provide construction services for the new BMW dealership for Fox Motors in Traverse City, MI. The project required 6-8 field electricians at periods during the construction. It was a masonry build out so ensuring our rough ins were located properly meant much coordination with engineers, owners, and other contractors. The project was completed in 6 months. At the conclusion, the engineering firm had praise for our crew and for how easy it was to work with us. “We will recommend Isenhart Electric for future projects.”

Lake Superior State University, Sault Ste. Marie
Isenhart Electric’s construction group was retained to perform a remodel of the Quarterdeck Dining Hall at Lake Superior State University. The project was challenging due to the existing conditions and the additional servary areas being relocated to the current dining area. We added a new 200 amp panel board under the dining area floor and we were able to conceal our wiring under the floor and within cabinetry that was added for the new kitchen equipment.

Bob Evans, Traverse City
Isenhart Electric’s construction group was retained to perform a remodel of the Bob Evans Restaurant in Traverse City, MI. The demanding schedule left little room for error and the project
execution was extremely smooth from start to finish. The restaurant was closed for a period of ten days. Attitude is everything on a project schedule this demanding. Every step of
the way we found solutions for challenging and unforeseen problems.

Great Lakes Trim, Williamsburg
Isenhart Electric’s Service group was retained to perform a remodel of the Great Lakes Trim plant #1 in Williamsburg, MI. This project added a catwalk, restrooms, new lighting, and power drops to equipment in the manufacturing facility. Face to face communication with the President was the basis of design. We were able to come up with solutions to problems on a napkin and a hand shake. This project scope was ever changing but still came in under budget and on time.

Central Michigan University, Mt. Pleasant
Isenhart Electric’s construction group was retained to perform a remodel of Troutman Hall for the new Towers Medical Facility. Performing a complete demolition of the existing electrical system and installing a new electrical system with redundant ground for all exam areas. Indirect lighting was utilized to enhance the patient experience. The latest lighting control technology ensured the space was up to date with the energy code. The fire alarm system was also updated in the entire area.
